No, not because I think the federal government is honest, but because NO ONE in New Orleans was rich enough for the Federal Government to care about. I'd say it was more likely the Mayor or Governor ordering some AWOL cop to do it.
The medium rich of New Orleans may not count to the feds, but I assure you they DO count to the Mayor and Governor. Who do you think finances their election campaigns, finds their deadbeat brothers in law jobs, etc.
Don't let the local bums off too easy, There's plenty of blame to go around. Everybody has earned a piece of THAT pie.

The levies are just a small part of the infrastructure of the entire U.S. that's been neglected for years. Bridges, roads, dams etc. are all badly in need of repair and the government keeps diverting the money elsewhere. What happened during Katrina is a wake up call to the fact that we should be spending our tax dollars right here in America. Many lives would have been saved.

In 1927 the Corp of Engineers did purposely blow a levee to save the city of New Orleans. At the time there were some homes sacrificed in a poor mostly white community. This is what folks today use to tell this story.

not in any respect heard something about particular forces yet i recognize some claimed they were bombed top after at the same time as they were in the stadium. those which have a tendency to believe it hasn't ever been in a hurricane... you're fortunate in case you are able to stroll on your automobile or perhaps luckier in case you are able to open the door. Crop circles for outer area and bigfoot in my outdoor are better achievable. How about this... they were bombed for oil so Halliburton might want to get wealthy?

No, but I think the US government blew up Katrina toward the poor sectors, to clean up the garbage accumulating for centuries. It was like, this giant vacuum cleaner working in reverse. You would be surprised how much the government sucks with this machine.
