If you were a Male Judge?

Question

In a traffic court,
would you be more lenient with an attractive women in your court room, what about women showing some skin. OR do you think the more conservative the dress the better?

I think that I would look at what the circumstances where more than what someone had on (or off) their body. If a woman was naked standing in front of me being accused of drinking and driving and hitting a child with their vehicle, it wouldn't matter to me then. That is how you should look at all cases. Not that an innocent was hurt or killed, but that a crime was committed or not committed.

neither, i see it all the time women flashing a smile etc and trying to get thier own way, for me it is the opposite reaction that usually occurs in me, women like that just p@ss me off, why should they expect favour because god/ nature made them more attracive than a plauin jane type.

Dress conservatively and be appologetic and act sincere is a better idea.

Any decent judge would take a look at you and realize that you've recognized the errors of your ways without further penalty.

i've been before some male judges and it all depends...some might get distracted by a beautiful woman like you dressed sexy...others might not change their decision.
