Yes, your grandmother is right. Actually, you had sex too soon after the miscarriage. You should have waited 6 weeks at least so that your body could heal properly. I would say you should wait until you've had another period before getting pregnant, but it sounds like you don't want to be pregnant again! I'm not sure if you can get pregnant SO soon after, unless your body has already gotten back onto it's regular cycle again. It generally takes about 6 weeks for your body to realize what has happend and reset itself! Only time can tell if you miss a period. Wait atleast a month for your next period to kick in from now or to see if you missed it!

I was told after mine that your body will be ready when it is ready. My doc told be to wait about six months but again you body knows when it is ready. Once you start having your cycle again after your miscarriage you should be able to get pregnant again. I don't think that you would be pregnant yet. Your body is still changing back to normal.
