Petra was in Salamander Army along with Ender (ch 7) and then was transferred to be the commander of Phoenix Army (ch 11)

Ender started in Salamander, was transferred first to Rat Army, and then became commander of Dragon Army.

Our first introduction to Tom "Crazy Tom" was as leader of C toon in Dragon Army. (ch. 11)
