Of those three I would go with Emily, but really Emily and Hailey are so overused. I really like Elaine Alexa. Then you could nickname Lainey but she would have a sophisticated name as an adult. Remember - They do grow up!

On a scale 1 being highest.
1. Hailey Dawn because Eminem named his baby girl Hailey.
2. Emily Nichole because I've always loved both of those names.
3. Lainey Alexis only because Alexis is the name of my sister

While Lainey Alexis is both unique and sophisticated, the name as a whole does not seem to meld or clash together that well. When the name is pronounced it doesn't seem to sound too well;further over, when the name is pronounced very quickly it sounds fairly similar to Lenny.
Hailey and Emily are both superb choices for girls, but if you're going for something more unique, I'd advise to look else where. By the way if I were choosing from those 3, I'd probrably pick Emily. I've met many bright, beatiful, and kind women with the name Emily. If I were banking on what sounded the best, I would have probrably chosen Hailey. I would imagine girls with the name Hailey being very "down to earth" kind of girls.

My vote goes to Hailey Dawn and Emily Nichole. Lainey just sounds too made up. Congrats!

I like all 3 first names. Lainey is cute & original. Alexis, to me, sounds like a first name. Nichole the best sounding middle name for any of them. What about Emma instead of Emily? I wish you luck, I'm trying to think up names right now and find I'll like one-then find something I don't like about it. You've got very nice ones there. Hope I could help.

I like Emma Nicole better since to me Emily is great for a a little girl but when she is older it doesn't age well. I still see a little girl when I hear Emily no matter what.
As for Lainey Alexis, I just cringe at Alexis since it's over used and is a name of a car it kinda cheapens the name for me. Lainey is cute but has to same effect that Emily does when she grows up.
Hailey is over used to me and has the effect as Emily but not as much. Dawn is very pretty but I like Aurora instead.

I like all of them! I like Lainey, because it's cute and pretty, and not a common name. I love Hailey Dawn, and Emily Nichole is pretty, although Emily is way too popular right now. But I love all of your middle names.

I really like Lainey Alexis. Lainey is such a pretty name, and Alexis seems to go really well with it.
Hailey Dawn is also pretty, but Haley is too common of a name for me. Also Emily Nichole is really pretty too, but another too common one.

I vote Lainey Alexis. It's unique. Hailey is overused. Emily is common. Lainey Alexis sounds like a Dutch supermodel. (Lainey is very Dutch.)
