both physically and electronically ,thay are totaly diffrent:
physically :
PC3200( DDR 400 ) :
has 184 pins ( 100 + 84 pins with a notch between them )
PC133 ( SDRAM ) :
has 168 pins ( 100 + 60 + 8 pins with two notch between )
electronically :
PC3200 has faster clock pulse than PC133
PC3200 uses 12V but PC133 uses 5V
PC3200 supports up to 1Gbytes for each madule but
PC133 supports maximum of 512MB.

No it isn't. pc3200 is ddr and pc133 is sdram. They are physically different. The notch is in a different location, so it would not even fit the slot.

Not at all It wont fit in the slot. You need 133 memory get a new pc!

Even if you some how got it in the slot your mother board wouldn't recongize it sorry :(
