Most girls don't know until they are already a month pregnant because this is when they usually miss their first period. You are actually considered pregnant from the first day of your last period.
But, I have known a couple of girls to be on the birth control shot recently. This makes you not get your period, and they didn't even realize that they were pregnant until they were about 5 months along.
It's different for each person.
Personally, a week before I missed my period, I had terrible symptoms: extreme fatigue, nascious 24/7, sensitivity to smells, increased urination. Before I missed my period, I kept telling my husband that I thought I was, I just had a feeling. It proved to be true once I missed my period.

Yes this is very possible. Most women don't know they're pregnant until about 5 weeks. One of my friends was 2 1/2 months pregnant before she found out due to irregular periods. Take an at home pregnancy test. I would reccomend first response. Good luck!

Yes! It usually takes awhile for your body to catch on to the fact that there is something growing inside of you! I'm 4 months pregnant now and didn't really have symptoms in my first month! If you missed your last period then feel free to take a test right away or go to the doctors for a test. If you think you might be pregnant but haven't missed your period yet or it's coming up, then wait until that period is either missed or has passed before you take a test. If you try to take a test before that time then it will tell you negative even if it is positive because you won't have enough hormone built up. I was pregnant before and just knew that I was going to be pregnant but the test kept coming up negative until after I missed my period! Hop this info helps!!!!

I've heard of women being pregnant for months and not knowing. In one case, one woman only found out after she was in labour.
Yes, she was overweight.. And no, I have no idea how she didn't know. lol
But a month is possible. For sure.
Some people have no signs of pregnancy. and for most women, you don't actually "feel" pregnant fo up to 18 weeks (then the baby starts moving, and you tend to feel pregnant after that, lol) The only reason they know they are is missed periods/morning sickness.
With my son, I found out I was pregnant in March I was 2 months along.

I didn't know till I was 2 months along with my first one.
There was just a girl in the news that didn't know at all she was pregnant. She went to the hospital for stomach pains and came out with a baby. She was overweight though.

Assuming that you mean month and not mouth, and know instead of no, then the answer is yes.
Actually most women are at least 4 weeks (one month) along before the notice the biggest sign- no period. If a girls period is irregular, it's not at all uncommon for her to be two or three months along before she realizes.

Definitely! I knew a woman who was full-term and did not know she was pregnant! She was morbidly obese so no one really noticed that she gradually gained weight over nine months - I guess she didn't either. She is lucky because she was on blood pressure medicine the entire time. Guess she should have had an ultrasound instead.

I found out that I was pregnant at 16 weeks...My symptoms suggest that I was just in denial, but my menstrual cycle continued for several months after I became pregnant. Try a test...that would have saved me alot of emotions at 16 weeks!!!
