No, it's not legal. That's invasion of privacy, that's a crime. If your boyfriend is cheating on you just dump him. There's no sense in being with someone who doesn't respect you.

Yes it is Illegal under many different statutes, at leat in the state of California for sure. First off you would probably have to break and enter to get in to his house. Computers are considered to be private property that contains valuable personall information. You could probably get away with it if he does not have a password on his computer, but if he does it would be like breaking into safe. I would recomend just taking his cell phone when hes not looking, I have caught people cheating through call logs and text messages.

I dont think hacking is ever legal. whats he gonna do ? call the police on you??? I'd do it....you can find programs to get passwords for different websites, key loggers, etc. I paid 20 dollars one time for a password :"recovery" program to get into outlook express....IT WORKED!!! The best 20 dollars ever spent. I got the info I needed. I would guess if you hacked into his pc with another pc...yes it is illegal. But if u can get the programs you need and get to his pc and have a few hours...u got it made!!! GOOD LUCK

No. If you want to get lots of detailed information on what he is doing google "keylogger". Its a hidden utitly that records all activities on the computer. What websites he visted, who he chatted with, what he said, even usernam/passwords to these websites. I use it all the time to spy on my little sister, can never be too safe with internet weirdos.

It's illegal and immoral to do this, if you think that he is cheating on you, then you need to confront him, baring in mind that you have nothing to say that he is. you could end up ruining your relationship on the other hand you need to ask yourself Should I be with this person? as you obviously don't trust him!
