mainly for business use but I like to watch youtube, dvds, play video games like anyone else.

Your perfect guess there is Ebay or something similar for an older computing device. you're literally unlikely to get a sparkling "respectable" one for that form of cost. A starting up Compaq or Dell computing device starts at $500, although they are respectable machines reckoning on what you're searching to apply them for.

Believe it or not, you might be in business here. I've bought several good laptops from overstock.com. It kind of varies by day, so check often as they get new stuff in all the time. I prefer IBM Thinkpads, but they have many choices.
