1. Ok first save the video that you want to your documents
2. go to myspace
3. click add and change videos
4. Click the upload tab by were it says search videos
5. fill in the blanks
6. click continue
7. then click browse
8. find your video and double click it (it should go back to the up 9. load video step: 2)
10. thier should be abunch of words in the text box.
11. click upload
12. and your done.

Go to http://www.youtube.com/ and just copy and paste once you find the video you want or you can also post one too once you register of course,then you insert that code into your myspace page when you edit your profile.
