walk up first introduce yourself, hi i'm john, her response would usually be hi i'm ex: jennifer, you look her straight in the eye and repeat her name that way you remember it, if you say it you'll remember it, alot of guys have that problem, so say nice to meet you jennifer, scope her out before you walk over, see if you notice anything about her, maybe her shirt is a band or something, say oh so you like the doors? that will make her interested in talking to you, cause thats her interest, even if you dont like the doors, fake it, cause if she sees that your disagree with her, she'll give you the could shoulder, agree with everything she says, never look at her boobs, always at her eyes. after talking about the band ask her if she plays any instruments, let her know that you play a little guitar but your not very good, that will make her interested to know more about you. then within a few minutes of talking say, but hey i actually gotta get going, but maybe i could call you sometime to talk more about the doors, and kinda laugh... she'll def give you her number... guaranteed bro! Ask her about where she gets her hair done. When she asks why, answer "My sister was asking me if I knew of any good hair places and your hair looks beautiful, so I thought i'd ask."

It's more about what you say with your eyes.
Look into her eyes like she is a close long lost friend, and try to keep your eyes in a dreamy look that will appeal to her, and then softly say, "hey."
