Yes. Any smoking isn't good for you. Even second hand smoke.

New study shows that, it doesnt matter how many pieces of cigs per day you smoke. The fact still remains that smoking is harmful. By smoking less dont expect you've just lessen the odds of acquiring cancer or COPD cuz you didn't. The only best way and the only proven way is to quit.

Hey I smoke a pack or more a day. I'm 23 started at 16. The doctor told me it only takes 1 to infect white blood cells. But that percentage is unlikely to cause harm to you. I know some people who have smoked up into their 80's .

Very bad for you. Please quit while you can, my dad is so sick with Emphysema from long term smoking. It's sad to me not being able to conversed with him on the phone because he can't breathe, and he gurgles with puss in his lungs,he still smokes because he's been smoking for years, he's too far gone. You're still young from the sound of it. QUIT NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!
