isn't it amusing how the politicians sometimes refer to the opposition as anti-choice or anti-life.....
but anyway, where do you stand on the issue.....

pro-life with exception for rape and incest which accounts for almost nil. By now after all these years of sex education, and condom handouts you would think they would know how to avoid pregnancy! Instead they use it as a form of birthcontrol.

Firstly I would assume anyone who isn't a murderer is Pro-LIfe, i refuse to believe that the Christian Right are the only ones allowed to claim this position! But to answer the essence of your question I'm anti-abortion because I'm Catholic and it's just not an option for me. However, as a social policy I don't think I have the right to tell someone else what to do with their body. There should be sex education (not abstinence only) in schools, there should be more effort to get adoptive families, and there should be legalised abortion because i don't want a Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Taoist, etc telling me i have to adopt one of their religious practices and the only thing that protects me in that sense is to agree that i don't get to throw my religious beliefs into public policy when there are so many others who don't follow my belief system. Here in australia abortion's legal - and i didn't know that for the longest time! This is cos as a catholic it's not a service i seek out and so don't need to know where/how. It only comes up if a politician wants to score cheap points.

I'm pro-choice where it's best for the baby (rape cases, immaturity etc)
But I do not believe in abortio as a part of birthcontrol. Those people you hear about that have had 2+ abortions.. Although, if they are immature enough to keep having unprotected sex, they really shouldn't be raising a child.

I realize just how much it takes to raise a child properly in this world and know that most people who WANT a child do a really bad job. So do I have a problem with a fertilized egg not being taken to term by people who don't want it? Not at all. I wish more people knew how hard raising a kid really is, understood the level of sacrifice it takes, and made the proper choice, because too many children are suffering today.

If you don't have good parents, your odds are pretty poor. Even if you have good parents, most people grow up to be pretty immoral people who don't contribute much to society.

Pro-choice. I think it's funny to how politicians have demonized the groups with opposing ideas.

Pro-choice. I trust the woman over the conservatives in making a difficult decision.

Pro-choice.
Abortion is not murder. The official definition of murder is to kill someone UNLAWFULLY. Abortion is not against the law, therefore, it is not murder.
A woman has a right to her own decisions.

Please be accurate. The sides are pro abortion & anti abortion.
At best, abortion is a tragedy. In a very small % of cases it is the lesser tragedy. If the fetus is capable of living outside the womb, abortion is murder.
