I do know several AMAZING tips on getting eyebrows that look great and are tailored to suit your face.
First of all...you should always pluck underneith your brows instead of on top of them. This allows for your to keep your natural brow arch.
When you pluck them brush them up with a brow brush in order to see what the nautral arch of your brow is.
Make sure that you don't pluck too far inbetween you eyes. This will make the bridge of your nose apear larger and consiquently will make your nose look bigger as well. Go from your tear duct/corner of your eye, up to find the place where they should start.

i don't know about web sites but look in magazines or go in to an Arabic website and check out Middle Eastern women's eyebrows, they are to envy. good luck.
