No shower heads do not cause damage when used for pleasure. I also saw a segment on that talk sex with sue that's on the oxygen channel

I use the shower head sometimes to get me going but on occasionally have been able to use it to climax. I also use the bath tap while the water is running just make sure it isn't too hot.
And my favorite is using the jets in the spa. I have used this too experience multiple orgasms just lying there for hours with the jets all facing the right way.
