Yeah your cool, as long as you take one daily. I never took mine at the same time everyday, I just took it when I remembered to.

Let me start off by saying that just because your girl is taking the pill you should still use protection and refrane from coming inside of her.
Now to answer your question, during what hour she takes her pills should not affect the pill's affectiveness. If she has been taking her pills EVERY DAY for a period of time then you should be ok. If this is her first time taking the pills and her first pack and she's only on her 12th pill then there is a chance that she could still get pregnant! If she's been taking the pills longer than that, then you probably don't need to worry right now! But, only time can tell.
Please don't rely on just the pill as birth control. If you truly don't want a baby right now then please take extra precaustions!!!

Like everyone else said if she's been taking them for a while, then you're just fine.
I've taking a pill 2 WHOLE DAYS late and just took them when I remembered. I had been on the pill for a while at that point and was taking the smaller dose one... Needless to say, I was fine! :)
In fact...it took me 1 whole year to get preg after stopping all birth control... This was after having taken depo povera (the shot) too though, but had been back on the pill for several months.

If the pair of you can't even read the instruction leaflet that comes with the pills, then you shouldn't be having sex!
3 hours is not a problem. Even missing one pill is unlikely to be a problem, but seeing as it's obviously important to you that she doesn't get pregnant then use a condom as well!

if it particularly is barely your first p.c.. of beginning administration pills you're able to be utilising a decrease back up approach of contraceptive. The pill desires for use for one finished month until eventually now it particularly is powerful. And it particularly is okay to omit it by some hours.

Three hours is no big deal unless this is her first pack of pills. You have to use a backup method for the first month.

i think that if you take the ill in the same day you are fine. but if you miss a day or more then it starts to get iffy. the packages usually say if you miss a day take 2 the next but nothing about ever getting prego if you take it later in the same day. unless you have super sperm you sould most likely be fine.
