any pyramid master?

Question

you can clear 5,4,3 or only one card 7.in this case, you can guess
'if card 6 is behind 7, then i can continue to clear even 5,4,3.
but if 6 is not behind,i must turn over a card.' i usually have
hesitated because of this.to choose safer way,to run a risk,
which choice is better?
