Without any further information, I would go with checking the thermostat because that is usually the easiest and cheapest ($5-$20?) thing to fix. In doing a a quick and simple search on this, I got an answer that finding a thermostat on a Daewoo engine wasn't as easy as on other vehicles. However, on "normal" engines you could feel the return hose from the engine for heat, and squeeze it to feel for flow once the engine is warmed up.

Either the thermostat is not working correctly or you have an airlock in one of your hose's. If it's the thermostat just replace it, or 'bleed off' your hoses first. Have a good day!
