It is not my heart that truly feels pain or sorrow it is my mind filtering through the emotions I have for someone or thing. Each persons emotions can alter the way our body feel according to our mental state.Example when I am sad I feel like I am sick and don't want to get out of bed ,but when I am happy I could conquer the world, when I'm excited I cant sleep.Ect...

Feelings are bound to change, sorrow to is a feeling, like happiness, joy and fear. These feeling change on your perception on what you see, hear and feel from your five senses. Your body will act and react based on your feelings, like if you get scared your heart rate increases. So is it with sorrow. Its a mind over matter. That's why its said don't let your feelings control you. But you control your feeling.

Becuase heart is the part of body which is attached to god and through heart we communicate with the nature....
and heart is the only thing in body which is also attached to emotions on other side....

hence when ever there comes moments of sorry or happiness which are the two parts of the same coin..they directly felt at heart so one should enjoy both the moments

I don't know. but I know exactly what you mean. I'm very depressed I've beeen medicated for it but I can't work on meds so I just live with a persistent sadness and constant thoughts of suicide. The only thing that really works to get rid of that sadness pain in my chest is marijuana but thats illegal here so I'm screwed.

It has to do with how our wondorous brain works. When the brain respondes to a stimuli, it can also triggers other responses that can manifest themselves physically.

That is why we cry when we feel sad even if we are not in physical pain.

It's natural for heartache to occur when you are sad it's just a part of life sorry for what happened. but just smile and you will be o.k. I hope :)
