I am working getting rid of rage and anger from the past and dealing with each situation as it comes in a natural way. Not repressing it. Not acting on it. Just feeling it and letting it go.
Also read the Book The Anger Diet I for get the Author name. IT show s all types of anger and how to let it go.

A lot, actually. I have horrible dreams that seem to reveal my inner rage. I once kicked in a wall out of anger over some trivial annoyance.o.o;

That I cannot say for I don't remember the last time I was enraged. However, from what I observe about myself, I am capable of such powerful emotions. Sometimes it just happens when we least expect it. I hope my darker side will never surface and posses me. I hope and pray that we are strong enough to control ourselves and still seek peace.

Rage...none, really.

Anger, on the other hand? A lot (some of the customers I serve are Stupid, Arrogant, AND Rude - what a glorious combination!).

Me, personally? Well, that depends on the day... Today: a lot. On other days, it's not so close to the surface to be aggravated.
