While in the car your body is moving along the same vector as the car at 70mph. When you jump, your velocity will still be along that vector at 70mph (not taking into account the direction of your jump) until gravity and the object you strike affect that. That object will most likely not be soft enough to absorb the impact of your mass at that velocity so whether you cry or die depends on your angle of impact and what organs are affected.
If you are planning on doing this to try to be like some Jackass retard and post your grainy video on YouTube, please do. And may I suggest a swan dive?

I agree with the masses you should cry for asking the question.
If you are contemplating suicide there are much easier ways to do it other than jumping from a speeding car. besides, then someone will have to come along and clean your dumb a$$ off the street. we don't want to see that. now go to your room and eat the rest of your xanax and wash it down with a bottle of your favorite alchohol.

Depends on if you slid or rolled and if you hit anything. Slide to a stop, you live. Roll- probably die. hit some thing from either start- depends on you speed at impact and what and how you hit. Look at motor cycle racers for a clue.
