I think for me being a hard worker is both a strenght and a weekness.
A strength because at all my jobs, I strive to be the "best." Therefore I usually climb the ladder of positions pretty fast.
A weekness though because I am so drained sometimes from putting all my energy into work, that I don't always have enough to give at home to my husband and daughter.

One of my strenghts is my ability to communicate well with others. Ive learned that communication will take you along way on a job.
