Of all time would be Bruce Lee (for obvious reasons), but alive now would be between Tony Jaa (Ong-Bak) Jackie Chan and Jet Li. I'm not positive about Jet Li, but I don't think Jackie Chan uses wires, and I know Tony Jaa does not use wires. That is talent & discipline.

Acting always takes a back seat to action. Especially painful is watching Jackie Chan try to act. He really only just plays "himself," albeit in fanciful situations where he's a super agent of some sort.

Definately Jackie Chan, his speed and technicality are awesome, he does his own stunts and he is hilarious. Check out the movie 'Rumble in the Bronx'.
