YES , my back , my wrist , my entire arm. my neck , a lot of times my eyes. ( my hand and arm will start to tingle ) strange ? ?
some times my legs or feet , fall asleep on me.
I also have very strange dreams about answers too.
I have not yet found out what helps,

Not a back ache, but my neck starts aching. I haven't found a cure, I usually get off the computer.

Yes, try to get off the computer after every 30 minutes and do some stretching exercise.

firstly, best way to stop ache is to prevent it
by sitting up straight or against a good chair
to fix, lay down flat on the floor then stretch
(then sit straight)

A chair that helps with proper posture is probably the best solution, they make so many ergonomically correct chairs for offices that you should be able to find one to fit your needs.

I do. I just stretch every now and then, and try to sit up straight and proper. That usually helps me.
