Just be yourself, don't try to be someone you are not. If she loves you she will be with you. You can't get her to change her mind you can just live your life and if she wants to live her life with you she will.

You can't force her to come back. Just keep the communication lines open and if she really cares about you she will make the effort to let you know that she's interested again. This is very difficult, but it's the only way. Start dating some other women. There's lots of girls out there that are looking for a fun time with no strings. You never know, you might meet someone who is greater and better for you in the long run.
