Ok guys…I’m tired of working for other people. I know working for others will never be rewarding because it has built in limits that I simply do not want. I will gladly take the bad and the good of being on my own instead of the so-so area of working for others.

I know not to do the TV ads or fall into the sells of the money making dream for only $19.95. It seems as though the people who are really making money are keeping it a secret. Do you all exist out there?

I tried to start my own business several times but always had to stop because of lack of funds. I’m sure my problem is lack of knowledge of how the game is really played. I just want to really know are there people out there who are making money working for themselves in a real legal small business that started from scratch but never gave up and became successful. It seems like an idea but no hard proof behind this statement. I need examples that this is indeed true.

Any one out there living my dream of being on their

First of all, how old are you?

If you want to be successful, it involved doing all the right steps to work toward your successful business. You may also make tons of mistakes, but you must still do all the right steps.

A lack of funds means that you have not prepared enough.

You need to understand that self employed is actually working for other people. It is just WITHOUT having the buffer of a supervisor who has more experience or knowledge than you. There are no money making "secrets". All of life is a secret, if you consider knowledge that you don't have to be a "secret".

Examples and good feelings are not what you need.

What is it that you are trying to do? Specifically.

The chance of being successful depends on your product/service, the market you target, and your working capital.

I have never known anyone be successful in self-employment who didn't work to the bone, at least in the beginning stages.

Most of us see the fulfillments and gloss over how difficult the road is, to reach that destination. Perseverence is not the only factor, but it is an important one. Some business connections and a good bit of old fashioned luck may also help.

I have met and continue to meet people who are successfully self-employed. There are many options, so are easy than others. Many people have been self-employed successfully with Mary Kay and Avon. Two seasons ago, one of the finalists on the Apprentice worked with Mary Kay. Actually, watch the Apprentice, there are usually many self-employed people who are successful.

Most self-employed people are in sales, and not truly self-employed, but contractors for companies. It allows you the opportunity to have some backing, but still have complete autonomy. If you do your job, you eat. If you don't, you don't. Real Estate agents (Look at Keller Williams' business model), Appraisers, My father sells insurance and is a general agent. I know people who sell items on ebay. There are books in the bookstore, Ebay For Dummies is one, and you can focus there. Ebay provides you with low overhead while you get started.

You also need to sit down and determine what success means to you. Is it purely monetary? Is it the ability to share wealth with others?

Another thing you need to do is dream big. Dream, write down your dreams and your goals and set a plan. Be focused, and from time to time review your plans and tweak it as necessary.

If you want, email me and we can brainstorm together.

Yes, why not! As long as you are extremely hardworking & fully determinate (nv say die attitude OR end of the world tots) u sure can SUCCEED. No1 fail a plan but only fail to plan. All the best.
