Free prom dresses?

Can some one give me the websites that provides free prom dresses for teens with a low family income or can you tell me of a dress shop in the clevland and in the chicago or illinois area that gives away free prom dresses. Thanks a lot!

i saw it on tv show. they do have such service out there. i just can't recall where and how. try searching it online if u havent done so.
