Where do these two branches come into play with investigation and enforcement of the U.S. Dept. of Labor?

I have been searching continuously and have yet to find anything that will help me. Any site referrals that will help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Legislative brach (Elected Representatives ie;congressmen) Makes the labor laws.
The Dept. of labor (acting mostly on tips) enforces the laws through fines, arrests, revoking liscences.
The Judicial branch Hears the cases made by the Dept. of labor and people apealing their cases against the Dept of labor then makes rulings about which side was acting within the law. They also decide if the Dept. of labor was honoring constitutional rights of all involved.

The plain and simple is the the legislative branch is involved in creating the labor laws, it is up to the judicial branch to interrupt and enforce those labor laws.

The legislative are people like our congressmen and senators who conjured up laws to be passed by the president after signing it into law. The Judicial plays a crucial role in deciding whether those laws written are good enough before it is being sent to the president to thave those laws sign and passed. Good enough, yes ,my dear?

Ah, here's what you need to do. You need to look at the statutes first (United States Code). Then, consult the Code of Federal Regulations, which provide a lot of guidance and define many terms. After that, look to federal case law in your area. This will show you how the courts have applied the law.
There isn't a website that will do all of this for you. It takes good old fashioned research.
