write a letter and give it to her ,( tell her your name and tell her what you like to do ( nthing sexual) ,tell her your fav. color) see what she says.

Dude seriously I have been there and you have to make a move just so that you don't spend the rest of your life wondering "what if".
Even if she says no at least you won't have to spend all that time obsessing.
