you would have to order the driver software from Motorola. I'm not sure what it costs. I have a Motorola Razr v3 camera phone (which I am assuming is the same one you are talking about) and the place where the A/C charger plugs in is actually a USB 2.0 port. Get a USB 2.0 cable and plug that into your phone, and plug the other end into your computer. You might be able to use bluetooth - if your computer has the capability.

Definitely you can...

Using the Razr as a Modem for Your Laptop

You can use Bluetooth for sending files (such as photos) between the Razr V3 and other devices, and you can also use the V3 as a Bluetooth modem for your laptop.

See details below in "source" section.

I even have been given this one unfastened on the T-cellular artwork stress plan and it annoys the hell out of me, for a start up up it brags approximately being small, granted that may not precisely large even nevertheless it quite is thoroughly extensive, the 2nd substantial subject is that subsequently of certainty it is so skinny and the reflects so extensive it quite is thoroughly fragile. My 2 ultimate subjects with this telephone are; a million. The reflects get filthy; the buttons look to bypass away a grimy mark on the exhibit upon the interior, so which you consistently could desire to desire to scrub the exhibit in case you choose for to artwork out what you're typing. 2.The menus are quite bit a soreness to coach subsequently of certainty the 'ok' 'choose' and 'particular' buttons replace from left to actual for the duration of the time of the menu opportunities which potential often in case you're in a hurry you press 'decrease lower back' or 'no' instead.
