I always wait foir the others to say something, because I don´t like to make people feel uncomfortable due to somethig I do or say.

it depends on the type of thing to complain over. if its something i know i dont want i complain 1st. If its something i can live with, even if i dont want to, i wait for someone else to complain and then put my 2 cents in.

I can be very stealthy about it. I'll plant a tiny seed in someone's brain by making some comment and then wait until they bring it up so it looks like they're the complainer and I don't get any backlash from it :P

If you mean complain about something on this site - I never complain. I don't care about what people do on this site.
If you mean in life, then - yes - I'm quite the initiator or complaints.
