Hello,

I'm not sure if it can help you. But I can find some vertical jump increasing system for you.

There is one package named "Double Your Vertical Leap".

http://tinyurl.com/y8cl68

It's not cheap. But in the website they even listed a successful story who increased his vertical jump from 26 inches to 48 inches.

I'm not good at jumping, but I hope it can help you.

Hope you can increase your vertical jump.

If you play plenty of basketball and you intend to dunk like Vince Carter but the genetic doesn't served you this program, Vert Shock will help you and https://tr.im/qcFXu is the place where you may find that guide.
Adam Folker developed Vert Shock. Adam Folker is a former school basketball player today turned professional basketball player, a 30-year-old player who happens to be fighting with his jump. He tried numerous ways to increase his vertical but only recently, he had a breakthrough. His achievement is caused by the newest Vert Shock plan that's changed straight jump instruction and has been creating lots of excitement in the world recently.
The Vert Shock program is wonderfully accessible to people at every level of conditioning expertise. It does not need any specific gear or services, making it simple to practice anywhere.
The Vert Shock is the greatest on the market

The first part, who's to say, as your height and weight will more than likely change as you grow and develop. The second part, I have a vertical jump training program that is free to use and without weights (weights can be used also). You can find it here: http://www.hoopsu.com/training_jump.html

It's not some fancy training shoe or anything, but if you work - it works.

hey dude, i was in a similar siuation as you. im about 6'0 and white as heck but i can dunk. alot of it is natural ability, all that fast twitch muscle stuff but there are still things you can do. if your willing to put in the work i reccomend plyometrics instead of jumprope (jumprope isnt going to make you jump higher, itll just make you fitter) ONE MAJOR IMPORTANT NOTE THOUGH: your body wont be able to jump higher unless it thinks it has too, which means if you keep jumping around the same height you are now, no matter how many times you do it you wont jump any higher. you need to keep pushing yourself bit by bit and you'll notice change, it wont happen over night though. its as simple as getting out what you put in. One last thing, try to work out if your a leaper or a jumper (i know that sounds stupid) but i leaper is much more effective with a run up and using their upper body to gain momentum into the jump. where as a leaper is more effective off a two foot jump using their lower body as momentum, this should help you concentrate on what to work on. Iknow this is a late answer but i promise you i know what im talking about. best of luck chief!

Weights will hurt you knees any way. You need to increase the explosion from your jump. Running stairs will strengthen you thighs, lunges on stairs will also help. On those same stairs put your toes on the edge of the stair and lift your body (calf raises or toe raises). These should help. Also, putting books in a back pack and doing these exercises will get the explosion also. Good luck.

Do plyometrics. But, I am in the same situation, I want to add to my jump. Air Alert looks pretty good and is cheap so maybe get that...

You can get Air Alert on amazon.
