but what kind? should i wear tights with the boots or leggings? what kind of boots - ankle, knee-length, below the knee or what kind of heels?

That ring is adorable! I love it, I wouldn't wear boots with it, you should wear black heels, maybe some pumps, that would be cute. I wouldn't wear a necklace, it would distract from the dress's neckline, and it's pretty since it's strapless. I would go with a big bracelet and cute dangle earrings, if you have rings wear one or two of them also. You're hair would look pretty up or down with this dress, but loose curls would be really pretty! No tights, please. Goodluck!

Wow, really really cute dress..love the style and the colors..here's my favorite suggestions..
1. suede black ankle boots with black opaque tights..or black leggings
2. heels..definitely black..either pointy toed or peep toed..i like the patent leather heel idea..if they are peep toed..that would be so cute..and if you wear heels..don't wear black tights..wear the leggings..
Here's what i would not wear..
flats (takes away from the dress)
knee high boots (wrong style for the dress)

Classy black pumps would be so hot and hair down and curled earrings would be major cute and a big black ring as you said. I think you should do a black beaded necklace. I think forever 21 has some cute necklaces and shoes you can have a fun day at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus or Macy's w/e you prefer.

Black patent heels will be the best. Sparkly, dangling chandelier earrings (no necklace) with a big sparkly bracelet. You'll look hot. Must be pumps, pointy or round. Check out this site: http://americanchic.net

I would wear some classy black heel. They don't have to be fancy. The dress has design. I wonder what a pantyhose with a design, possibly fish net, would look like. It depends on where you're going. You may need just a plain sheer hose.

a great pair of black pumps. classic.
tall knee high boots would be hot too.
no tights. the dress is hot enough without them. but some great dangly black earrings would be hot.
