If she is a family person then do something that would mean something to her. You could do a family thing one weekend and surprise her, or maybe fill up a photo album for her. You should know what she loves, work from there.

clean up after
treat her like a queen all day
get her a comfy robe and slippers
and her favorite perfume
and a gift certificate for a full body massage and nails done and facial, etc
