Sorry, I have no idea. I am still trying to figure out who all the voices in my head are. They are very rude and refuse to introduce themselves. If asking doesn't work, just start naming them yourself.

They are you, yourself talking to your other selfs. It is just a way of thinking through our ideas. It has been thought of as wrong to admitt to hearing these voices but it is quite normal and good, we would get lonely without ourselves
