It's very simple. She cares more about partying than she does about her children. She can say whatever she likes--that they mean the world to her. That they are the most important thing in her life. That she would do anything for them. Anything that doesn't interfere with her partying, obviously. That's where she has drawn the line. Behaviour is more indicative of what one feels and believes than what comes out of their mouths.
Leaving kids with a trusted babysitter is sometimes necessary, but each instance carries some risk. And the more frequently you leave them in somebody else's hands, the greater the chance for something untoward to happen to them.
On second thought, in some people's cases, their kids may be safer in other people's care. This may be true for Spears. Either way, She's probably not on the short list for "Mother of the Year".

Not sure- I'm her age, and have a son who's her first born's age... and I used to party all the time before I had my son... but the entire pregnancy not drinking, and then even after having him, I just don't go out at all anymore... I have priorities- my son and my family... so the desire to go out all the time is not there at all. I will have a drink or two here and there, but not very often... so with her just having another baby... I don't see how she can go do that. Yes we all need a little free time to ourselves, but going out late at night - I'd rather be at home in bed knowing my son is in bed, so I can wake up early to take care of him.
She doesn't seem to have priorities, and I really don't think she should have had two children. I feel sorry for the kids.

She's a young woman with a LOT of money who got married and had kids WAY too young. She's still got lots of partying left in her system. That doesn't make her a bad parent, as long as she's not out every night and they are being cared for by someone who is responsible.

Because she can afford the nanny to be a mother to her children she doesn't have to be plus after being stuck in a bad marriage sometimes you just want to let loose if she is still acting this way in a couple months then i would worry

Just because she's partying (perhaps to celebrate her divorce) doesn't mean that the children aren't being cared for. Becoming a mom doesn't mean all the fun should end. She needs to be safe and responsible.

She is trying to revive her career and get her fans back. Having kids doesn't hold someone like her back. She has at least one nanny and a house full of servants.

Because she can afford to pay someone else to care for them. And besides the media could be blowing it out of proportion. Who is to say that she is doing it every night.

Because she doesn't care for her two little ones. It was all for publicity and now those to little innocent kids have to pay for her idiocy.
