You got many answers already to do a conversion easily. But
this is how you remember it:

Ice point is 0 C or 32 F
Boiling Point of water is 100 C or 212 F

This is all you have to remember. The temperature of any body
in C and F scale will be proportional to these range intervals:
i.e., {100-0} and {212-32}

Therefore if c is temp in celsius, its corresponding f would be
given by:
(c - 0) / (100-0) = (f - 32) / (212-32)

Knowing c, find f please. Or vice versa. Don't try to remember the conversion equations with 5/9, 9/5 etc. Memory with out reasoning is a burdern on your brain.

(By the way, u spelled Fahrenheit wrong)

here's a website that does the work for u

Otherwise:
To convert Fahrenheit temperatures into Celsius:
Begin by subtracting 32 from the Fahrenheit number.
Divide the answer by 9.
Then multiply that answer by 5.

To convert Celsius temperatures into Fahrenheit:
Begin by multiplying the Celsius temperature by 9.
Divide the answer by 5.
Now add 32.

use this formula
F = (C x 9/5) + 32

for example 0 degree Celsius is
F = (0 x 9/5) + 32
F = 32 degree Fahrenheit

another example, 20 degree Celsius is equal to
F = ( 20 x 9/5) + 32
F = 68 degree Fahrenheit

Here is the formula: F = (9/5 x C) + 32

F = Fahrenheit
C = Celsius
