I called them on a drunk driver. I'm surprised he didn't kill anyone with the way he was swerving.

Same reason here...this person was swerving so much he was driving up on curbs going through town.

I did 2 weeks ago because a big dog on a chain had gotten itself wrapped around a pillar on my front porch. I wasn't going anywhere near it!

It was a month or so ago! Some creepy lady came to my door and asked to park in my driveway so she could walk down the road and make a drug deal! CRACK KILLS!

I heard a woman screaming inside the house next door. Didn't sound like laughing, didn't sound like playing. Sounded desperate.
I didn't even know there was a woman there (thought he lived alone), until I heard the screams.
