umm, excuse me hun but I know a guy doing time right now for child support on a child that was a RESULT of getting raped. so that answers out.

Yes absolutely! The same is true of rape. It's the elements of the crime that matter, not the sex of the individual. Stalking requires an Act and a Culpable Mental State, without any circumstances or Result.
