Representator of Govt. always say that petroleum prices are still low as compared to neigbouring countries. While todays rate of Gasoline in Pakistan is Rs.57.70 while in India it is 44.80. It is a huge difference of about Rs. 13 from neigbours. What is the actual scenario?

£1 = 89 indian rupees = 120 pakistan rupees

57.70 pakistan rupees = 42.70 indian rupees

So it's cheaper in India, but only by Rs 2.10

duh! their currency is at a different rate than PK Rupee!!
there's a difference..!

infact the pk government claims that they are subsidizing petrol prices..
