Because Hispanic or latino isn't a race, so are these people Black, White, Mongolian/Asian or a combination of all.

I've never really heard a latino call themselves White or Caucasian.

Native Indian isn't a race those people are apart of the Mongolian race.

Mestizo. (Mixed European- White and American Indian.) It's not technically a race, but it tells who they are genetically.

white. they are descended from spanish settlers so they are white.
