Polygamy is banned in most countries but do the twins are 'look-alike' too. Perhaps you can marry one of them and shift to a place where no one knows you and then one of them could live anonymously. you can take one of them outside while the other one is at home. At other times, the other one can go out with you and first one can be at home. That will be quite a game, you know.

depends on where you live (if in the USA) absolutely not. its against the law. thats called bigamy. you can go to jail for that, plus that's jut plain sick. and why in the world would you want to marry twins? that makes no sense what so ever. pick one and marry them and let the other have his/her own life without you.
