Pisces Sun and Capricorn Sun is really a great match, but it seems that you are asking about the Moons instead.
I do not want to be mean, but really I think this is not good, esp. since you said it is a secret relationship( by the way I am a Capricorn myself). Moon rules the emotions, yes, both of you fit the description of one with Capricorn Moon--emotionally detached and depressed. But why didn't you include the Ascendant and Venus sign too? They are also very important.
Looking at the bright side, you should pursue this relationship as long as both of you love each other a lot.
Pisces and Capricorn
When Capricorn and Pisces join together in a love match, on the surface, it may appear to be opposites attracting. Capricorn is down-to-earth and regimented, with a very strong work ethic, while Pisces tends to be more emotional and dreamy, and takes on the needs of those around them. This couple is honest, and can be devoted to one another. They admire one another: Capricorn appreciates Pisces's kind nature, and Pisces is drawn in by Capricorn's quick wit and tenacity. This relationship may develop slowly, the two not necessarily recognizing its progression. But it will get stronger over time. The Capricorn-Pisces duo can really put their heads together and can be fulfilled by their partner. Difficulties can arise if Capricorn is too dominating for Pisces's sensitive side. Pisces needs to understand that this is Capricorn's style and not a personal attack. Pisces might not take too well to Capricorn's stubbornness, but can deal with it through patience and understanding. Pisces enjoys indulging Capricorn through their desire for domestic bliss, which combines well with Capricorn's need for a neat, tidy home and material goods. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and Pisces is ruled by a combination of Jupiter and Neptune. Saturn is the planet of dedication, authority and responsibility. Higher learning, ethics and standards are ruled by Jupiter, while Neptune influences Pisces's view of dreams and illusions. These three Planets complement one another because they have a good sense of compassionate justice and dedication. Capricorn is an Earth Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. Earth Signs are about possessions, and the Capricorn-Pisces partners like to surround themselves with material objects that show off their sophistication. The Water Sign relies on emotion and intuition, making the Pisces the fueling force behind the relationship, but in a passive way. Shared love of a comfortable, yet fancy, home life ensures that this couple will aspire to a higher ground. Capricorn is a Cardinal Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. While Capricorn tends to focus on one project at a time, Pisces floats from one thing to another as the feeling strikes them. Because of their flexibility, Pisces may become interested in Capricorn's projects. In turn, Capricorn needs to allow Pisces to enjoy many things at once and not take it personally when Pisces gets bored with something that Capricorn if focused on. Capricorn will stick with Pisces's pursuits even after they've moved on to something else. In return, Pisces can sometimes show Capricorn that flexibility is better than a strong determination to do things a specific way. What's the best aspect of the Capricorn-Pisces relationship? It's their unique blend of temperaments. Both partners enjoy sharing their lives with someone else, and both like to help the other achieve their goals. Their difference in temperaments makes theirs a highly compatible relationship.

Best Wishes and Good Luck for your relationship:-)

"Pisces + Capricorn

Water + Earth = Mud

Pisces and Capricorn are both astrologically feminine and receptive signs. The feminine is considered intuitive and in tune with emotions: you have that in common with each other. On a more superficial level, there are distinct differences between you.
First, you are all about ideas, where Capricorn is all about the concrete and practical. You’re not self-interested; you’re driven by self-sacrifice and ideals. This will be hard for Capricorn to understand, because they are very goal-oriented. They pretty much believe only in what they can touch, see and hear. They like anything that can be proved, and they don’t like things that go beyond the senses.
You tend to feel life with your heart, not your mind, and you’re a great daydreamer. This will drive Capricorn nuts. They will feel you’re not practical or ambitious enough. This point will be driven home if you get into a long-term relationship, because they need to feel secure about the future.
Nevertheless, excellent friendships are usually the outcome of matches between Pisces and Capricorn. Despite the opposite traits in your personalities, there’s usually an attraction. Here’s your chance to test the theory that opposites attract. Don’t write off this combination too quickly.
Capricorn has a fantastic capacity for sustained work towards a material goal. You’re a wonderful and selfless worker as well, but you do so for the benefit of others rather than yourself. This will be an extremely good combination once you understand each other’s motivations. Capricorn will become less self-centred, and you’ll become more practical.
Even though you’re not altogether compatible, working together to build your relationship into something solid and enduring will eventually give you both a great deal of satisfaction. You also have a natural sexual attraction to each other.
You should have great companionship with Capricorns born between 22 December and 1 January. There’s a really good sense of understanding in your relationship, and while it might not be a hot and passionate affair, you’ll feel secure enough with each other to take the relationship a long way.
You’ll get superb support from Capricorns born between 2 January and 10 January. They’ll give you a structured life and the fondness you need. This relationship can give you the best of both worlds: money and affection.
Capricorns born between 11 January and 20 January will make good marriage partners for you, mainly because Virgo and Mercury influence their life, and this has a strong bearing on your lifelong relationship. Go for it, Pisces!"

I too have a capricorn moon, but my husband is very emotional. I think similar emotional drive and responses sounds good - my husband and I could stand to be more on the same footing emotionally if you ask me.

Peace!
