Do you literally splash it on or do you rub it on your skin by hand?

For a man you literally splash it on your neck and face. Makes a man smell good just don't use some cheesy one and please don't drown yourself in cologne thats so nasty and makes people feel like throwing up.

Usually, place a very small amount on your fingers, then rub it on. Do this in a few places over your body, like chest, wrist, ankles, small of the back, and back of the neck. Do not overdo it, as a little is good, but a lot is not a good thing. Be sure to use a quality cologne which fits your personality.

Right on Rebecca P!PLEASE for the sake of other people,dont break the bottle and roll in it!That makes people with asmatha not able to breath.And actually,its really disgusting!So what Ive learned to do,is buy a really light cologne,like "Be Delicious" by I think Sean John.But seriously.....thats a HUGE Turn off for guys who do that.

Get an atomizer and spray it on because the scent lasts a lot longer than rubbing it on your skin

spray on neck and wrists.. just one small spray each though.. not too much!
