Plastic surgery, rebuild what I use to have. And money is stopping me.

1 - lost 50 lbs. and get back to two hundred
2 - be more responsible with $$
3 - live with my girlfriend
4 - take my education/career more seriously
5 - finally be happy

1. i would like to lose some weight
2. id like to be more out going and more sociable
3. id like to go to a better school next year
4. be more friendly
5. start going to church again
