Basically Mexicans are from Mexico. Latino generally represents people from South America. You know - Brazil, Portugal, Chile etc.

Mexicans are latino, so there really isnt a difference,all tho ive heard from some other types of hispanics might not want to associate themselves with mexicans might say they are different
