he is a foot ball player and i am a dancer . he lets me use his locker because it is close to my class . he is sweet to me i dont want him to get the wrong expresion .

The simple and direct approach is the best. Why do people think that these things have to be so complex anyway?
You: Bobby Joe, do you like me?
Bobby Joe: Cindy Lou, you're cool.
You: No, I mean do you like me, like like.
Bobby Joe: Er, um...
You: I don't want you to get the wrong impression. I think you're nice and you're always sweet to me. I like you, and I wondered if you wanted to go see Edward Scissorhands with me at the drive in?
It's not rocket science, just ask the questions!

ask him its a lot easier or tell him you know someone who likes him then when he finally beggs you to tell him enough then say me and dont run away it worked for me and it will probably work for you if it ends up he doesn't like then at least you know and wont have to keep questioning it!!!!! But if he rejects you dont worry you can still be friends what ever you do dont loose his friendship good luck!!!

You can do any thing if you are in his love but you also make sure that he is also a loveable man. if he is than you clearly tell him that you are in love of him. if he isn't a loveable man than you must send him your msg by different way. you can take him for a walk on night. you can send him this information by any of your girl friend to tell him that you are in love of him.
These above way may me change your life

i think he likes you...not many men are like that you know...they tend to be mean or indifferent but not all men though- so that means he could be really a good-natured person....usually when guys do really extremely nice to you that means that guy likes you! Just be nice and wait or if you like him...make a move, a nice but not too flirty one! :)
