Bonds broken = 2 x OF and 2 x OH
Bonds made = O=O and 2 x HF.

Bonds broken - bonds made = -318kJ/mol

You must have been given some bond enthalpy data - all the ones above except O-F. So work out what is missing, and then make sure you halve the answer, because you have 2 x O-F bonds.
