What makes you think that an injury from 24 years ago is the cause of your pain now?

Well that depends on what you did at the time of the work accident. If you filed a workers comp claim back then and saw a doctor and were treated, it is possible but more less likely than possible. What you'd have to do is go back to that same doctor and have them reopen the case. If you didn't see a doctor or file a report then there is nothing at all you can do. Did you do anything to set it off hurting now?

Did you see a doctor at the time of the incident? Check with one now. If that is not an option then take some MSM this could help relieve the pain. You can find it at the drug store or on line. It works very well for strained muscles, arthritis, and other muscle pains.

I think you only have one year at least that is what i belive to make a claim...that is why it is soo soo important to make the claim when the injury happens then you will always be covered in the future!

Nope, in most states, Work Comp claims have to be filed within a year of the date of injury.

No, I am sure the statute of limitations on that injury is long past, unless you were hurt while you were in the military and had them make a note of your injury when you were hurt
