Just take it a day at a time, and try to wade through the pain remembering the good memories you both shared and using them to anchor yourself when the under currents are at their worst.

hi, try pampering yourself have a haircut which is different and flattering to you, put some make up on if you have enough money go out and spoil yourself with new clothes ect, if you look good you will feel good, ask some friends to go out the night with you and socialise go for a drink or the pictures or even join a club or take up a hobby, the point is if you are out and about meeting new people your mind will be took of it and you wont be feeling as sorry for yourself plus you will feel confident with your new look, and plus the more you socialise the more chance there is of meeting someone nice....good look

do you really need 2 break up with up & go through your illness yourself? if he really loves you, i dont thnk he'd like to abandon you at this time.
but if you insisted, well you sure do need to go through the healing stage on your own, of your emotional illness, plus what youve got to deal with this breakup you thought is necessary.
it's hard & dont hink it's gonna be swift. it's not, it's gonna take some time coz it's a full process. No shortcuts-
but some time on that process you'd eventually need a source of strength, i hope you find it with your circle of friends or anyone who loves you & will stick with you.

If you go into a relationship knowing that you can't deal with it, Don't start a relationship. Date but don't get involved. Get help with your problems and maybe eventually you might be able to handle a relationship. This will eliminate all those other problems.

Well having just broken up, I have a little advice for you. Sit down with him and tell him the truth, all of it. If you hide anything and he finds out, any future friendship will be over.

tell him straight up and stick to your feelings. if he cant deal with it tell him to grow up and stay away from you.. sometimes it is hurtful to other people when we just want our way with out worrying about other peoples feelings...
